Collaborated with an interdisciplinary team to revamp and streamline the operators daily workflow payment processing application for the Federal Reserve Bank, increasing user-friendliness and efficiency. Coordinated with product owners, software engineers, and end users in ideation sessions, gathering business requirements, observing users, creating user flow diagrams, detailed annotated wireframes with css specs, high/low fidelity prototypes, user research and user testing.
